Networking with Peers
When surveyed about what they value most in their COAE membership, the most common response is "the networking." No one understands the challenges of a CEO like another CEO. The Council offers access to peers in other fields of service with varying backgrounds, tenure, agency types and sizes, etc. Whatever the issue, one of our members has experience with it.
Council Meetings (COVID19 Update: Until further notice, all meetings are being held virtually)
Council meetings are generally the second Thursday of the month, alternating between breakfast and noon. The first 15 minutes are for informal networking, followed by a program featuring a community leader or expert regarding issues of the day. There is always time for questions and comments. Programs usually feature experts in fields related to nonprofit leadership, issues in the community, or similar topics to help leaders.
