Information on COAE affinity groups, CEO/ED meetings, and peer learning opportunities for nonprofit leaders.

Affinity Groups

COAE Affinity Groups are designed to provide a structured forum for executives and other senior leaders in similar roles to connect, share best practices, discuss challenges, and develop solutions. The meetings are for COAE Members only and held on Zoom with two to three in person sessions a year.

CEO/Executive Director Collective

The CEO and Executive Director Collective is a monthly peer forum created to support connection, collaboration, and learning among nonprofit and social sector leaders. Developed in May 2025 in response to member feedback, these sessions provide space for leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue, exchange insights, and explore new ways of thinking about leading in the social sector.
