Holy Childhood is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Human Resources. This executive leader will
be responsible for developing and reinforcing programs that foster a high-performance culture,
strengthen leadership capabilities, and ensure the organization has the talent, structure, and skills to
support its mission. In addition to traditional HR leadership and management responsibilities, this role will
champion learning and development and workforce capability building.
The Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the
Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer and providing strategic vision and leadership across all
aspects of HR for Holy Childhood and Special Touch Bakery, Inc. This individual will help develop a
culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow, while ensuring excellence in all
areas of HR management including talent development, culture-building, employee relations,
compliance, benefits, payroll, and organizational effectiveness.
While the Vice President of Human Resources will be a strategic and forward-thinking leader, they must
be hands-on in all aspects of the HR organization, and accountable for building and implementing
