POSITION TITLE: Family Education Coordinator SALARY RANGE: $45,760 - $48,000 REPORTS TO: VP Prevention Services FLSA STATUS: Full time, non-exempt GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Family Education Coordinator will play a key role in implementing and expanding the CACGROC Parent Academy initiative across Monroe County and beyond. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, including coordinating sessions, managing logistics, developing community partnerships, and ensuring the program's alignment with CACGROC's mission to prevent child abuse and build stronger, safer communities. The coordinator will work closely with local schools, community-based organizations (CBOs), and other stakeholders to recruit participants, gather feedback, and ensure the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally relevant content. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in classroom safety lessons and oversee the Youth Academy, which will complement the Parent Academy.
