The New CEO/Executive Director Affinity Group is designed for nonprofit leaders in their first five years of leadership. Executive Directors and CEOs often step into roles with high expectations, limited onboarding, and significant responsibilities from day one. This group provides a peer-based space to navigate those early years-offering support in areas such s board relations, organizational culture, strategic decision-making, and leadership transitions.
